Join the Detroit Diamondstrikes for a high-energy Girls Flag Football Drills & Skills Camp designed to help athletes learn, grow, and compete in a fun and empowering environment.

This no-contact camp is open to athletes of all experience levels—whether you’re new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Learn fundamental flag football drills

• Develop key offensive and defensive skills

• Improve agility, footwork, and football IQ

• Execute position-based drills

• Put those skills into action through live instruction and competition activities

**Quarterbacks are encouraged to bring a football.

**Headgear is encouraged, but not required, as this is a no-contact camp.

What to Bring:

• Cleats

• Mouthpiece (required)

• Water bottle

• Football (for quarterbacks, encouraged)

No experience is required—just come ready to learn, compete, and have fun.

This is more than a camp—it’s an opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills, and be part of the growing movement of girls in football.
